Hello Mr. Kelly I am looking to see if you could answer me this. With the COVID-19 Pandemic that is going on. Why are you not looking at your policies right now to help accommodate those of us who can no longer travel due to this. The fact that the President has come out and said if it is not necessary to travel don't. My family and I had a trip that was booked for a trip to Orlando. Unfortunately,we are not able to travel any other time this year. Why is it you are not willing to extend the travel credits to 1 year from their date of purchase because of this. Many people when they booked trips like this last fall/winter had no idea this was going to happen. Not to mention; not everyone can travel anytime they want due to jobs. Lots of people can only travel certain times of the year. To punish those that planned for things like this and to find out they are going to lose what they saved up for is really upsetting. Please reconsider your policies right now and those that had travel plans between March 10- when ever this ends a year extension on their travel credits instead of just taking their money.

Dear Mr. Kelly, Thank you for the information regarding Southwest’s accelerated cleaning campaign to help keep their passengers safe during the Coronavirus outbreak. Your valued customers appreciate that Southwest does not charge fees for changing or cancelling reservations. However, those that purchase “early bird check in” do incur a penalty if changes/cancellations are made. The “early bird check in” is not refunded. This fee can be as much as $50/round trip. During this time of travel affected by the Coronavirus, shouldn’t Southwest take a look at refunding the “early bird check in” as well? Most travelers who will rebook later will purchase “the early bird check in” again. So they will actually be paying for it twice. Please reconsider this policy during these extraordinary and frightening times. Thank you. Sincerely, Jean M. Ward Southwest Traveler since 2007

When will you be announcing that Southwest are giving refunds for non-refundable tickets in regards to the Coronavirus Outbreak?? It's time to make that announcement. Sooner than later...

Mr. Kelly I am trying to connect with you as I need to talk with you about a very IMPORTANT issue regarding criminal ACTIVITY within your organization in the upper levels. Stacey Lynn Martin is providing tickets and hotels for SCIENTOLOGY members and German SCIENTOLOGISTS that are committing crimes against people in the United States. Please just INVESTIGATE all of his activities.
