We are looking for an ambitious, yet experienced Finance professional to be the right hand to the Founder/CEO and lead the Finance function, putting in place appropriate processes and systems to professionalize finance and operations across the firm.

What do we need?

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Ownership Areas: You will be accountable for these areas directly.

o Financial Reporting

o Financial Analysis and Forecasting

o VAT Reporting

o Pricing and Costing

o Stock Processes across departments and Stock Count Management

o Cash Flow Planning, Reporting and Implementation

o Financial and Process Audits

o Purchasing- Raw Mat. & Marketing Collateral

o Demand Planning

o IT / POS System – Assessment of gap areas and recommendations on whether to change system, suppliers or further training of team to improve usage; ongoing management of issues with support from Accountant and IT

 Manage Accountant: In addition to the above, you will manage an accountant, who will ensure proper execution of areas below.

o Day-to-Day Accounting

o Financial Reporting

o Monthly Payroll

o Invoicing & Purchase Orders

o Collections and Payables

o Petty Cash Management

o Asset Management

o Inbound Logistics

o POS Data Entry (Raw Materials, Marketing Collaterals, etc.)

o Stores Management (Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Marketing Collateral, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Master’s degree specialized in finance/accounting/

CA or ACCA qualification.

Experience : 6+ years of working experience in finance/accounting;

Experience in manufacturing and retail strongly desired

Professional : Proficient in all Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Others : Communicate professionally in English at a business level (verbal and written)
