Welcome to the June edition of Krisp's monthly newsletter! We’ve been working hard to bring you exciting updates and improvements to enhance your experience. From streamlined meeting management to better language support, here’s a roundup of what’s new this month.
- Bulk meeting deletion: You asked, and we listened. You can now delete multiple meetings from your dashboard at once. Meetings you own will be removed for all collaborators, while those you’re invited to will simply disappear from your dashboard.
- Improved non-English transcripts: Choose your preferred meeting language in the settings to enhance transcription accuracy. For past non-English transcripts, you can now redefine the language and regenerate the transcript for better results.
- Revamped Meetings page: We've upgraded your Meetings page for a better experience: you can now filter meetings by date, components, or owner; sort them in a convenient order; and search within your meetings effortlessly. In the meantime, the new overview table gives you a comprehensive view of your meetings, including their components, duration, owner, and access level.
- Enhanced Action Items: We’ve significantly improved the Action Items, ensuring they are more accurately and consistently extracted from your call transcripts bringing more productivity to your after-call activities.
- Consistent microphone volume: We’ve ensured that your microphone volume is now consistently aligned between Krisp Microphone and your physical device on Windows ensuring a smoother voice experience during your calls.
- Updated dashboard navigation: We’ve refreshed the navigation bar and reorganized personal and team settings for more streamlined account control.
