Keith Edwards, it's not Balance, but Integration

For Keith Edwards, it's not about balancing work and life, but integrating your skills and mindset across the many roles and relationships we have. As a sought-after speaker, facilitator, and coach, Keith recognizes that his "9-5" looks a lot different than most people. But, fifteen years ago, he had a demanding job that impacted the relationships he had with his partner and children. So he made a choice to better align his life goals and career goals.

Listen to our conversation, and please forgive my total failure when Keith shared a pretty epic dad joke!

If you want to connect with Keith, sign up for his Sharing Fire newsletter and check out his latest book, Unmasking: Toward Authentic Masculinity, which is based on over fifteen years of research. Keith illuminates how men’s masking, unmasking, and becoming to help men develop their own authentic masculinity. He also shares strategies to help us all better engage the men in our lives with empathy, reach them with compassion, effectively hold them accountable, and help them to become the men they aspire to be.
