Leadership on November 9th

People woke up to a new U.S. president-elect with one of 3 main perspectives:

1. My Candidate Won! Thank goodness!
2. My Candidate Lost! Oh no!
3. I wasn't a fan of either candidate. Oh well...

Leaders, capitalize on this moment by being a great example:

• If your candidate won - Be humble.
• If your candidate lost - Be gracious.
• If you were in-between - Be a bridge (this may be the toughest one)

Embrace the situation, and unify people for future success and significance.
