Make Tax Partner immediately upon hire! The profitable Valley CPA firm is looking for a seasoned public accounting tax professional to assume Partner status and inherit a $1 million book of business at the start. Seeking qualified Directors or Sr. Managers. (Practice development skills not required.)

Tax Partner to $300k (DOE) + bonuses and profit sharing.

·         4-day work week and no overtime during “non-busy” season, fast track for equity partnership, reasonable work/life balance, and 3-day weekends!

·         Practice responsibilities include:

·         Real Estate limited partnerships

·         C and S Corps

·         Fiduciary and high net worth individuals.

Qualifications:

·         CPA required, Masters or JD a plus.

·         Current Director or Sr. Manager level.

·         10+ years experience.

·         Strong management skills.

·         Experience working for a national, regional, or large sophisticated local firm.

·         Tax preparation software preferred.

·         Candidates who have recently left public practice and wish to return, or have recently self-employed and/or retired will also be considered.
