- Years at Rheem: Almost a year.
- What do you love about Rheem? I love the culture here, as well as everyone’s willingness to help out whenever you might need it. Whether it is as simple as answering a question, everyone works together as a team.
- What are three fun facts about you? I am originally from NJ; I love animals; I used to be a dancer and still love dancing!

- Years at Rheem: Over a year.
- What do you love about Rheem? The ability to implement new, innovative ideas.
- What are three fun facts about you? Enjoy ministering the Word of God to all, love animals, especially dogs, and enjoy reading and watching old classic movies
Shannon Morrow
- Hiring for: Hourly roles at Fort Smith, Arkansas
- Years at Rheem: 7 years
- What do you love about Rheem? I love the opportunity Rheem has given me for growth, development, and advancing my career. My favorite things about the Fort Smith facility have been the redesign of the manufacturing plant to include new line launches, new high-tech equipment for our fabrication areas, and new lines with AGV (automatic guided vehicles.) It’s been a wonderful experience to see our factory master plan go from an idea to apparition over the last few years.
- What are three fun facts about you? I am a mother of 5 wonderful children, including (1) who is currently serving in the US Armed Forces. I am a Fort Smith native, so I have a love for the area and am excited about investing in our community. I LOVE spending time with my family playing sports, wake surfing on the lake, volunteering with our church, and anything that gets us outside and active!

- What do you love about Rheem? I love working for a company that promotes growth and development. As well as work-life balance.
- What are three fun facts about you? I love basketball, traveling and trying new foods.

- What do you love about Rheem? We bring comfort to people’s homes, workplaces, and more!
- What are three fun facts about you? I somewhat know how to skateboard. I own a longboard that I love to ride along the Ventura Promenade. I like to interpret my friends’ dreams. Don’t know if I’m any good, but it’s always a great time. My favorite ice cream flavor is pistachio. If there’s a gelato option even better.
Dan Brown

- What do you love about Rheem? Fostering open dialog and entrepreneurship and how people are factored into our decision-making.
- What are three fun facts about you? I’m originally from NY but lived on West Coast and South for several years, Enjoy mentoring, and exercise.
