It started a venture to back new startups 20 years ago — with two later becoming Apartments.com and LoopNet — and is continuing its efforts by recently announcing partnerships with AI and crowdfunding companies. Commercial Observer sat down with M&M’s Hessam Nadji and Richard Matricaria to hear how the company has navigated an ever-changing technological landscape.
