Mindfulness Practice to Avoid Professional Burnout

There’s a quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson that should be the screen saver for every professional’s device: “What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you.” It’s a good reminder that we are ultimately in charge of our happiness; our outlook is based on how we approach and manage the stress of professional life.
