My Recent Summer Internship

I am taking this opportunity to talk about my accomplishments and learning outcomes in what started out as a informal Internship at Jaguar recently during my 1st Year Summer vacation. While the report is a long one, I thought it would be worth it to showcase my learning outcomes as well as some of the exciting time I had to set foot into the world of automobile servicing and that too a high end automobile arena. A part of the detailed report, I have explained the various learning outcomes that I derived during this 2-week stint and I can only say it was awesome and has set my direction towards understanding the real world of an automobile.

Learning outcomes:

· Working and applications of various tools and equipment

· General service and general checkup

· Oil / fuel / air filter replacement

· Oil change

· Pre Delivery Inspection

· Wheel Balancing

· Wheel Alignment

· Diagnosis of a complaint using SDD

· Battery types, report and Replacement

· Brake disc and pad replacement
