Connect your Sharepoint and Google Drive files to Fieldwire projects

You can now connect your Sharepoint and Google Drive to your Fieldwire projects. This integration will automatically sync your files and folders to your projects, making it a lot easier to access important information in the field! Additionally, users will soon be able to establish integrations with other external apps. Available on Business and Business Plus plans.

Set up pre-defined costs for Change Order sections

Save time and increase consistency in your documentation by utilizing preset unit rates for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and any other repeated costs when managing Change Orders in Fieldwire. Available on Business Plus plans.

Send reassigned RFIs back to the lead company

Managing RFIs is increasingly easier with Fieldwire. For example, if the general contractor, acting as the "lead company," forwards an RFI received from a subcontractor to the architect for response, they can choose to review the architect's answer before sending it back to the subcontractor. Previously, the architect's response would be returned directly to the sub. This allows the GC to check that they agree with the architect's response and they've properly addressed the sub's question. Available on Business Plus plans.

Create filled markup shapes quickly

As part of our continuous plan markup improvements, all users can now add shapes to blueprints and easily fill them with color, or directly add filled markup shapes – a great way to show off the effectiveness of your color-coding system!  Available on all plans.

Easily sort through RFIs and Submittals using filters

The RFIs and Submittals tabs now include an intuitive filter bar that allows users to organize their documents by Status, Company, Assignee, or Last Updated (to name a few).  Available on Business Plus plans.
