Due to recent success, we are now looking to recruit a new Senior Consultant to join our business in our Glasgow location. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the renewable or heavy engineering market with a desire to build a team of individuals around them.

Senior Consultant Role -

• Leading by example
• Undertaking additional duties as and when the Divisional Manager delegates
• Recruiting within the fast-paced Technical Perm & or Temp market
• Managing your own desk and ensuring targets are hit
• Using marketing, business, social media, and competitor leads to generate business
• Developing existing company contacts and a candidate database
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Reviewing applications, managing interviews, considering candidates, and shortlists
• Providing honest feedback to candidates and clients
• Identifying and evaluating the recruitment needs of clients
• Providing creative solutions to employers' recruitment issues
• Negotiating fees and terms
• Meet every client face to face to build long term relationships
