Notification filters and digests

Reviewbox already supports daily email and Slack alerts for your entire team. That means whenever you receive a new product review or user question, you and your team will be alerted and be able to quickly take action. 

Today I'm happy to announce that alerts are getting even better with the ability to filter emails by stars. Using this feature, you can now opt-in to only be notified for reviews with fewer than 2, 3, 4, or 5 stars. By filtering the reviews, you'll be able to focus only on the most urgent reviews. Of course you'll be able to view all your reviews (both positive and negative) on the web dashboard. 

Another feature we're adding is the ability to only receive notifications on a weekly or monthly basis. If you select the weekly setting, you'll receive notifications for the most prior week. Likewise, selecting monthly will send you reviews for the prior month.
