Phone Addiction

Phone Addiction

Phone Addiction.

No one is addicted to their phone. Not you, not your kids, not even the people you see mindlessly scrolling everywhere you look.

So what is going on?

What they are addicted to is the energetic sensation they experience when they engage with their phone.

The difference is subtle, but very important. It is the sensations that drive our desire for the phone (or any addiction). It is why most interventions focused on getting people off their phones usually fail.

Any intervention based on the phone does not address the sensations being experienced in the body. If the phone has been removed, but the desire for the sensations is still present, we seek out the phone so we can access the sensations.

If you want to step back from your phone (or alcohol, TV, chocolate, or social media, or any other vice you may have) all you need to do is to deactivate the sensations that you experience in your body. When you’ve done that you wont be drawn to the phone anymore.

Deactivating the sensations is what the Mindset Mastery program is about. If you’d like to break your desire to check your phone, social media, eat chocolate or have that extra glass of wine, then this day is for you.

On the day I will you'll uncover:

- How to deactivate desires to check your phone (or anything else)

- How to deactivate that annoying voice in your head

- How to have deep and extended concentration

- How to get back to sleep in the middle of the night when stress wakes you up.

If this sounds like something you’d be keen to know how to do, you can register here.
