PIXTRICATE is a Rich Technique for Color Separation in Screen Printing.

It is really disappointing when we see a CMYK Image or any common character print in different shade! Even it’s printed in same day production using one machine. We always try to do some adjustment in different way. In some cases is it workable and others are not in the same way. That’s why the best way to solve the problem by considering the Spot or Index Coloring System.

We all know that traditional CMYK is good for Offset Printing and also in Gravure Printing even in Sublimation Printing. But it is not perfect for screen printing, do you ever asked why it is so and what is the solution of it?

Actually we do not find any problem when we print with 133~200lpi (Line per inch). And we know that LPI depends on the rough or smooth surface where we are printing. When LPI become lesser then we loss the certain percentage of color and consequently the output is not the same as we desire. So it is totally a wrong concept to follow the traditional process! I personally innovate some methodology to improve it with more accuracy and in one platform!

Probably its your time to start smile. Say goodbye to all problems, I welcoming you all in new Ara of printing. I called this metrics as Pixplash-6P of Moderate CMYK.

What I have fixed in this innovative Separation Process.

Ensure the maximum Tint that’s closer to the artwork.

Colors are more Vibrant.

Light and Dark contrast is perfectly balanced with wide dynamic range.

Hue of Grayscale is perfectly balanced.

Ensures the maximum Pixelated details of an image.

Quickly manageable sequences of colors priority without editing the design.

Significantly improved rubbing fastness due to proper ink deposits.

Shading is reduced up to 95%..

Finally I am much optimized for Pixplash-6P future. I have also some more accurate Printing color metrics of Pixpose-3G, Pixploit-4P, Pixpress-7L, Pixplore-9S & Pixplode-15V customized Color method which is proven earlier. Just follow the bellow pre-press instruction & enjoy.

On white garments it's better than dye sublimation. Color details are more vibrant. Pixels are more smoothly even if it is 65 lpi.

Pixel and Pixma is my son & daughter name :-) . Anyway it can be printed on any kind of oval or octopus screen printing machine. Plastisol is the best but it can be used any water based pigment ink.
