Planning Resolution Partnership are pleased to be working alongside Will Alsop’s practice aLL Design in drawing up plans for this mixed-use development in Brentford, West London

Currently out to consultation, the scheme in Capital Interchange Way next to the M4 and a proposed new stadium for Brentford FC  includes 350 homes, business pods, a car showroom, raised park and a new bus depot.

Backed by Hounslow Council, the project on the 8.4ha site is being billed as a ‘significant part’ of the renaissance of the Golden Mile – the industry-lined stretch of the Great West Road running west from the boundary with Chiswick.

The scheme is expected to be submitted for planning this winter.
