Recruitment International Awards Round Up

Recruitment International Awards Round Up

I attended the Recruitment International Awards last month - what a night!

Move over Judge Rinder - Jones is in the House!

I was a judge for the awards. It was a truly involved and taxing job - genuinely.

I met recruitment leaders before the event who were cynical about the process and I had to put them right. I spent 4 hours with the other judges at the REC, plus a whole day going through all of the entries to define my own "winners" which were then pooled with the other 20+ judges.

None of us knew who would win until their names were called!

A Stunning Night for Recruiters

The great and the good were there - in one of the oldest buildings in London. Indeed The Guildhall is where Lady Jane Grey was tried (and found guilty) of treason.

The event was stunning! The venue... the awards and the speeches. It made me proud to be part of such a successful industry!

Huge congrats to all of the winners (and of course the finalists).

Remember there's ROI to be gotten from both winning and taking part - check out our blog series on awards.

I'm a judge at the MDRAs next week - perhaps see you there?
