Announcement from Microsoft: introducing Microsoft 365 Copilot 📣

First up, we’re sharing big news that came in just last week from Satya Nadella (Chairman & CEO at Microsoft).

Microsoft’s new AI tool, Microsoft Copilot.

“This will radically transform how computers help us think, plan and act.

Just as we can’t imagine computing today without a keyboard, mouse, or multi-touch. Going forward, we won’t be able to imagine computing without copilots and natural language prompts…”

This video from Microsoft, released just last week, shows how Microsoft 365 Copilot can be used, with real life examples.

When can we start using it?

That’s not quite clear yet. Microsoft have said that pricing and more details will be shared in the coming months.

We’ll be watching this one very closely. Keep an eye out for any updates we share over on our LinkedIn and blog.

Registration is open for Microsoft Build

Claimed to be the event ‘by developers for developers’ Microsoft Build is back once again.

It’s free to register for the digital event, where attendees will be able to watch keynotes and sessions. This event is ideal for developers, students, engineers and technology professionals.

We’ll keep you updated with any major updates that come out of the event in May.

New Accessibility Assistant in Microsoft 365

Microsoft has built on its existing Accessibility Checker and introduced Accessibility Assistant.

The tool has been designed to help us all create more accessible content, without making it more effort for the creator.

“Our customers tell us they are passionate about making content accessible but that our tools don’t make it as easy as it could be. Many have asked us to make our accessibility tools work more like the spellchecker—flagging issues as they occur and providing simple fixes in the moment.”
