A St. Pete resident has reported over 100 short-term rentals

Welcome back to our monthly LinkedIn newsletter, Business Brief, where we round up Tampa Bay's top business news and trends.

Marley Price, a 27-year-old Disston Heights resident, has made a hobby out of finding potentially illegal short-term rentals in St. Petersburg and reporting them to code enforcement.

Since February, she's filed 108 complaints. The city found that 88 were in violation.

Now, other people want to follow Price's lead.
