STEP 1:- DAILY ROUTINE OF YOUTH ( 14 TO 60 YEARS )

Every #successful person who has achieved something significant in their lives, who has done something big, has hard work behind them, and behind their hard work is a healthy #mindset, a healthy routine, and #fitness. If you also want to do something big in your life, if you want to start a startup, then the first and foremost step is your daily routine. You have to improve it because, without it, you can never move forward in your #life.

People #aged 14 to 60 should ensure to get at least 6 hours of sleep and ideally aim for 8 hours of #sleep. They should wake up by 4 AM in the morning. Therefore, it is crucial for individuals affected by excess Pitta (bodily heat and metabolism) to wake up during the Brahma muhurta (early morning hours before sunrise).

They should always #clean their #teeth using astringent or bitter substances such as neem twigs, Madara twigs, and babul twigs, and they can also use mango and guava twigs. From January to the onset of the monsoon, they should only use neem twigs for dental cleaning because, during this time, neem twigs help maintain a balanced Pitta. Apart from that, they can also use twigs of Madara and babul (Acacia) for dental cleaning. During the rainy season, mango twigs can be used for dental cleaning, and during winter, twigs of guava or Indian blackberry (jamun) can be used.

Throughout the year, teeth can be cleaned using neem twigs, but it is advisable to take a few days' breaks in between every 3 months. During those days, teeth can be cleaned using toothpowder. #Triphala powder can be used as a tooth powder in any season.

The saliva in the morning helps balance Pitta, so while using a twig for dental cleaning, it is advisable to let the saliva go down into the stomach. One should not clean their teeth with toothpaste in the morning because toothpaste contains sugar in the form of sucrose. Sugar and Pitta do not go well together. If sweetness is continuously applied to the mouth in the morning, teeth can deteriorate quickly.

People aged 14 to 60 should always #exercise in the morning and should stop exercising if they start sweating excessively. After that, they should do a massage.

According to the #climate of #India, running should not be done every morning because running generates strong Vata (air and ether) energy. India is a Vata-prone country, meaning it has a dry climate with dry winds. In such a climate, exercises that are performed slowly and gently, such as Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), are considered the best. Apart from that, any small exercise that does not cause excessive sweating is recommended.

Sisters and mothers do not need to engage in separate exercise routines if they are involved in kitchen work. Bending forward from the waist and trying to bend as much as possible is a beneficial exercise for sisters. Massage is essential for both sisters and mothers. Along with body massage, they should also massage their head, ears, and feet. After the massage, they should take a bath.
