A&P Mechanic

Manassas, Virginia - A&P mechanic performing maintenance in a Part 145 Repair Station on Citation, Falcon, Textron, Cirrus and Gulfstream aircrafts. Specializing in turbine aircraft. Job duties are performing heavy maintenance including phase and inspections. Must A&P license, minimum of 1 year of experience, turbine engine aircraft experience preferred, citation or king air aircraft experience highly preferred, valid drivers license, high school diploma or equivalent and must provide tools. Bridgewater, Virginia - Examine and inspect aircraft components, including landing gear, hydraulic systems, and deicers to locate cracks, breaks, leaks, or other problems. Conduct routine and special inspections as required by regulations. Inspect completed work to certify that maintenance meets standards and that aircraft are ready for operation. Read and interpret maintenance manuals and FAA/manufacturer publications and directives to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Replace or repair worn, defective, or damaged components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment. A&P license needed. 4 years maintenance experience on aircraft. Dash-8 or Kingair experience preferred. Experience in a DCMA environment (military background preferred!). Must provide own tools. Must be eligible for a Secret clearance. Message me for the pay!

Structures

Wallops Island, Virginia - The Aircraft Mechanic will perform maintenance on P3 and C130 aircraft. Phase maintenance. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Requires a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant certification. 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience with fixed wing commercial, Government or DOD aircraft required. Experience supporting a NASA/DoD contract. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field required. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance. C-130 or P-3 exp preferred. Message me for pay!
