ST.CHARLES OFFERS NEW PATIO HOMES
ST. CHARLES CARE CENTER... A NEW LOOK FOR AN ESTABLISHED COMMUNITY

If you haven’t seen St. Charles lately, you haven’t seen community living at its finest! St. Charles, best known for their nursing home care for many years, has transformed their campus to meet the needs of today’s seniors.
“St. Charles saw there was a need for enhanced retirement living in Northern Kentucky and responded,” says Margie Volpenhein, Community Liaison for St. Charles. They contracted with Ashley Construction to build 18 additional retirement living patio homes on their campus, located on Farrell Drive in Covington, Kentucky. The homes are in the final phase of being built and ten of the new occupants have already moved in.
The gorgeous Ashley built retirement patio homes are a generous 2000 sq. ft. of living space with 2 bedrooms, plus study, laundry room, living room with a fireplace, walk-in closets, spacious kitchens with granite countertops, and two car garages, all of which are on one floor.
In addition to the Village expansion, is a new and very spacious multi-purpose community center. Here you will find a state of the art wellness and exercise room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and large beautifully-appointed gathering spaces. Landscaped patios and outdoor decks will complete the center.
Additional enhancements to the community include a new side street “Community Drive,” sidewalks that will circle the expansion, and upgraded outdoor lighting that completes the beautiful campus of St. Charles.
