Great perspective Aditya. I feel there is a dimension of responsible behavior that also needs to make its way into the regulation of embedded finance to make it sustainable. As much as technology and analytics offers the power to sell embedded finance, it is upto the FIs to wield the power responsibly by not offering to the underqualified. In a system that rewards origination and securitize off these receivables, the banks and fintechs that embed these will be the winners, investors will average out eventually and make decent returns. But someone has to watch out for the consumer so we do not retrogress back to the Sahukar era.
