This year, the WBG Youth Summit focused on "Powering Progress: Youth Leading the Digital Transformation."
Young innovators from around the world joined forces to explore digital solutions for global challenges.
The two-day summit featured discussions on digital access and inclusion, AI, and sustainable technology. Highlights included inspiring talks by experts, career development workshops, competitions and networking sessions. Participants debated, shared pioneering ideas, and crafted actionable strategies, showcasing the vital role of youth in driving digital progress and shaping a sustainable future.

1moThis was an outstanding initiative to focus on technology and and see the tech developments through the lenses of the youth gathered from across the globe. The speakers spoke very well and they seemed to have developed great sensitivity to the benefits and dangers of technology. It is recommended that such discussion and learning platforms should be created more frequently to prepare people for the AI "tsunami".
