We Will Dance Again

Welcome to The Israeli Startup Review, a curated newsletter where I share insights from thought leaders, news, and opportunities around Israel's tech ecosystem. Every other week you’ll receive timely analysis from off-the-beaten-path, perspectives from the ecosystem, and selected opportunities to further engage with Israel, the #startupnation

Welcome back to the Israeli Startup Review. Thank you for all the birthday wishes, texts, calls, and messages! I truly feel loved ;) Happy 4th of July to everyone who celebrated in the US.

While I did not have a chance to attend the concert of the video below, I did visit the site of the Nova massacre at Re’im. It was a difficult experience, and I had trouble sleeping for a few nights following the visit to the site, but in honoring the victims and hostages, I had to go.

It’s important for everyone visiting Israel to pay their respects to those who were murdered, and are still being held in captivity. It’s one thing to see the images and videos online, but it’s completely different to be there among the eucalyptus trees, read the stories of the victims, and see their pictures.

I am documenting my experiences during the summer in Israel, with lessons learned and insights gained, on LinkedIn. To read my daily thoughts click here.
