Employee Spotlight: Andrea Schauer

In honor of AANHPI Heritage Month we're spotlighting Andrea Schauer, FSC First’s Senior Commercial Credit Underwriter! At FSC First, Andrea plays a crucial role in underwriting various commercial loans, a service that is pivotal in helping small business owners promote and grow their businesses. Her extensive career in SBA Government Guaranteed Lending, which includes underwriting, business development, and loan administration, is a testament to her expertise. With over two decades of experience in the SBA realm, Andrea began as a loan processor and has since worked her way up to becoming a loan program manager.

As a remote employee who is located in California, Andrea loves FSC First’s sense of family. She is always greeted with a warm welcome when she comes to visit.
