World AIDS Day

This World AIDS Day it is great to see the progress that has been made in the battle against HIV/AIDS. With new HIV diagnoses hitting ‘historic’ lows in New York City, and AIDS.gov announcing plans to change its name to HIV.gov, we see a sea change in the approach to HIV/AIDS since the 1980s. Yet there is still much to be done.

Thanks to everyone at CHC works tirelessly to make sure that those we see dealing with HIV/AIDS are properly supported, nurtured, and cared for. Thanks to researchers seeking a cure. Thanks to those in distant lands working to make sure everyone has access to care and treatment with dignity around the globe.
