Getting started in your career, business or leadership ministry will require you to possess various skills for you to effectively unlock the benefits thereof. Once you decide what you want out of life , you directly are faced with an array of new challenges which if managed improperly can dominate your time and prevent you from achieving greater success. The skills mandatory now is '' ABILITY TO BUILD AND SUSTAIN RELATIONSHIPS',' Skills are quickly changing. At any level, You are now left with no option but to adjust to the demands of time.

However , it is not easy to create/manage relationships that can improve your life, if not harder, it will require you to make various intentional choices along this path..in my book i address well.

First of all, there is not a perfect way through which you can develop and nurture profitable relationships, but you need the fundamentals to be synchronized with your already known skills sets inoder to be effectively and recognized.

You will agree with me that today, the world works on referral basis and if you are not known for anything, you would miss alot of opportunities that you deserved and are qualified for. Note that sympathy, pity or mercy is not basis for favor, help or promotion in judgement in the real world.

Over the last few years, i have gained experienced and learnt how to connect and communicate effectively with various people, the results have been amazing. As at 2019 October, i was in-touch with over Ten (10) CEOs running businesses in 5 Countries and this brought to me a total turn around. The basic skills i applied are all in my book...

Here are my proven ways to create relationships to take your life forward

1. Know what you want: When i became an author, i did not wait for other authors to reach out to me, i went and searched for them. I introduced myself and showed them what i did, i quickly gained credibility and joined the pool of authorship confidently. I knew i needed more to learn, i went to search for it. No matter how small your business is, when communicate well, it will open you to many giant businesses and in turn build and help yours thru their experiences.

2.Be humble: One CEO asked me if i loved to work with him, and join his team on part time basis. I did know why he came for me, but i was quite to learn from him what he felt i should do. I asked questions and showed him i could learn from anyone. Avoid sharing stories that make you feel and appear to know too much, follow the tune of the conversions and flow with it. Be humble

3.Be honesty: Honesty is key. No one wants to work with crooks. Mean what you say and say what you mean.
