Is your workplace stuck in the past? Learn how to embrace the future!

In 2014, I was at a conference in the US where I heard New York Times columnist and best-selling author, Thomas Friedman, say,

"Given the critical skills shortage and tremendous disruption we are facing through technology and globalization, companies that don’t recognize and embrace new ways to attract and retain staff will not survive through the next decade.
They might as well start turning out the lights”.

I've been studying best practices in attracting and retaining staff since 2009, when I founded Ignite Global. My team and I have been doing independent research and looking at case studies as well as our own clients (in 30 industries across 8 countries) and companies I've gotten to know through my involvement in Richard Branson's 100% Human at Work initiative.

We've been helping our own clients with facets of our proprietary LIGHT Up Your Workforce® framework, but this is the first time that we have put it together under a comprehensive model.

The premise behind this is really the premise behind all of the work we do at Ignite Global....

In order to not only survive but thrive through the next decade we MUST recognize that the way we source, hire, manage and retain people must fundamentally shift to address the fundamental shifts in the workforce.

After many months, I've put together a diagnostic to help you evaluate where your organization’s strengths - and areas for development -- lie compared to these best practices and innovative methodologies.

This is a comprehensive diagnostic, which I estimate will take 20 - 30 minutes to complete. But my sincere hope is that it will help you understand and prioritize the most important steps you can take to increase your employee retention, performance and productivity.

Since you are the first to see this diagnostic, I would relish any feedback you have.

Thanks in advance!!!

Warm regards,

Kim
