AIA Group Corporate Solutions & AIA Singapore recently held "AI for HR: Are You Onboard?" More than 120 HR professionals attended to explore AI’s transformative power in HR.   AIA’s Director of Multinational Business Ambra Debernardi shared our vision for AI and GenAI, highlighting how these technologies can supercharge our services and support valued customers. Keynote speaker Fermin Diez - PhD, SPHR, GRP, IHRP-MP, FSID offered practical tips for seamless AI integration in HR functions, while in the day’s other keynote, Anish Lalchandani emphasised human-centered approaches, people-centric design, and leading with Empathy and Care. A Panel Discussion exploring the delicate balance between technology and humanity in HR featured Cynthia Tan, Fermin Diez - PhD, SPHR, GRP, IHRP-MP, FSID, Anish Lalchandani, Engage Rocket’s Co-Founder and CEO Dorothy Yiu, and AIA’s Clara Chua, Principal of People Analytics and Workforce Transformation, HR at AIA Singapore. Clara shared how AIA integrates AI across various processes and emphasised the importance of digital literacy. That’s a wrap for the AIA Regional Solutions Conference in Malaysia where industry leaders and experts gathered to share their knowledge and insights.   The theme was 'Think Ahead, Move Ahead' and it kicked off with opening remarks from Ambra Debernardi followed by a keynote speech on the transformative potential of AI and its wider applications in the insurance industry by Manprit Singh .    The programme featured a series of engaging panel discussions with our very own Olivier Bastin among the moderators. Topics included cost efficiency, optimised benefit design, and the instrumental role of collaboration across clients, brokers, and insurers in elevating the customer experience. We are inspired and moved by Kirti Lad’s strong belief in challenging the status quo of working environment with the emphasis on supportive leadership and right policies in place to encourage and incentivise inclusiveness and open dialogues. Thanks to 林思為 Sylvia Lam in highlighting the importance of self-care and intuitive healthy eating, and maintaining balance in life towards both physical and mental health of women.
