At Baxter, we believe in nurturing the next generation of talent through work experience and placement programmes. Last week, we welcomed students to our manufacturing sites at Oxford and Thetford, and our National Distribution Centre in Northampton. They gained insight into our daily operations and how we partner with the NHS across the whole patient pathway - from manufacturing to logistics and delivery of medicine. Providing real-world experience to students is crucial for personal and professional development, and we are proud to offer a variety of opportunities to help them succeed.
