Trail running through the concrete jungle. The GORE-TEX Brand is renewing its Breaking Trails video series for Season 2, with 3 new and exciting episodes bringing reel stories of real people to consumers. Josh Mock and Aum Ghandi share a deep love of running, using it as a form of self-expression and empowerment to build communities and break down stereotypes. Together they embark on a hybrid urban/trailrun across New York City - taking them from dirt trail to concrete jungle. Aum will share his mental health journey, speaking about how running has changed his life while imparting his knowledge about how to run trails. Josh will tell the story of building WRU from the ground up while showing Aum his neighborhoods and how he moves through his urban space. Together they will challenge who running is for and what the trail looks like. Innovative ideas from the designers of the future. The GORE-TEX Brand has been partnering with students in the 2nd year of the Fashion Design Program at the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau, Faculty Angewandte Kunst Schneeberg. The students have been designing workwear garments incorporating different durably waterproof, windproof and very breathable GORE-TEX laminates and technologies. Thanks to Associate Susanne Wisbrun and Professor Dorette Bárdos (Angewandte Kunst Schneeberg) for managing the partnership and guiding the students on their designs.
