Human Papillomavirus (HPV) increases cancer risk. #Cervicalcancer and head and neck cancers (in the throat and esophagus) are to linked HPV. Additional risk factors include multiple sex partners, smoking and Hepatitis B and C. You can limit your risks by not smoking or stopping smoking and getting the HPV vaccine. Talk to your doctor about your options. People who have HPV-related cancers respond well to immunotherapy. So, don’t delay getting the care you need. Remember: detecting cancer early is one of the best ways to treat it.

'“These findings are not surprising, they actually confirm other studies,” Dr Otis Brawley at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine told Health. Early-onset cancer, which occurs in people under 50, has been on the rise since the 1990s. Other research has found gastrointestinal cancers, including colorectal and pancreatic cancer, are being diagnosed more often in these younger adults.'
