About us

The ITE Manitoba Section of the Canadian Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE Canada) is a not-for-profit professional association operated by a volunteer Executive Committee. Our mission is to provide the local transportation community with opportunities to learn, connect, contribute, and grow to best meet the needs for safe and healthy mobility. Our Section’s membership is composed of over 80 transportation engineers, planners, technologists, and students across the Province of Manitoba. ITE Manitoba is one of 13 sections across Canada that serve their local transportation community. Our Section offers opportunities for you to participate in regular events such as technical seminars, training opportunities, networking events, technical tours, social gatherings, and more. With your ITE membership, you are a member of both the Canadian District (ITE Canada) and our Section (ITE Manitoba).
