CAREER OPPORTUNITIES LINCOLN MEMORIAL UNIVERSITY Full-Time Custodians, Knoxville Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) is a great place to work, learn and grow. As we continue to grow, we are actively looking for Full-Time Custodians at our Knoxville Campus. The Custodian shall perform all cleaning duties required to maintain clean and orderly facilities. This position requires travel to several LMU campuses in the east and west Knoxville areas (transportation provided). Shift hours are Monday – Friday 6PM to 2:30AM. Candidates will work as part of a team performing evening cleaning duties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and a benefits package. Required Qualifications: Applicant must have Valid Driver’s License. Cellular Phone and the ability to perform manual work to include bending, climbing, lifting, and pulling with the ability to exert 10 to 15 pounds frequently and greater than 15 pounds on an infrequent basis. Preferred Qualifications: Flexibility, self-motivated, self-starter, good communication skills, must maintain absolute confidentiality and privacy of information, ability to work as part of a team, knowledge of Knoxville area, and availability to work the night shift.
