About us

The Rowe Fund is an interest-free educational loan program in the Department of Human Development, Education and Employment of the Organization of American States (OAS) that helps citizens from Latin America and the Caribbean OAS Member States finance their studies or research in accredited universities across the United States by awarding interest-free loans for up to $15,000 dollars.

    “Lina Sevillano represented the Organization of American States (OAS) at the LAC Forum during #NAFSA 2024. She moderated a table and networked with panelists from Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico), Catholic University (Chile), University of the West Indies, and CAPES (Brazil). This year's LAC Forum theme: "Sustainability and Internationalization in Latin America and the Caribbean: Perspectives, Practices, and Opportunities."
