We are happy to share the successful 2nd "E&I STEMSpark" plant tour for 24 students from Pho Thong Nang Khieu High School at our Binh Duong plant. This event marks a significant milestone in our #ForceForGood journey as we empower the next generation of STEM professionals, particularly young women, to pursue STEM careers. During the tour, students got hands-on experience with high-tech machinery, explored our E2E supply chain, and engaged in valuable career talks and training sessions with our young managers and leaders. Their enthusiasm and curiosity were truly inspiring! Our plant tour was just the beginning. With the "E&I STEMSpark" project, we will visit campuses, mentor students, and serve as STEM ambassadors.
