I recently had the opportunity to join the Work in Progress: A WorkingNation Podcast with Ramona Schindelheim and Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP, Jr., President & CEO of SHRM, and discuss the power of ethical leadership. For the past three years, the William G. McGowan Charitable Fund and SHRM have proudly partnered to present the Ethical Leader of the Year Award. This award recognizes CEOs who prove that principles and profits can go hand in hand.
