Fede Valverde is now the most valuable central midfielder in the world, according to Transfermarkt. The Uruguayan’s current value stands at a staggering €120 million. Fellow Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga follows him up at €100 million.

Valverde is just coming off of arguably his best season as a professional footballer, playing out of his mind in every single game, churning out great, consistent performances week in and week out.

Even though he did not score as many goals as in the 2022-23 season, it was still an exceptional season for Fede, especially due to his defensive work.

Camavinga has had a really productive year, improving a lot season after season and playing a pivotal role in Real Madrid’s Champions League and La Liga campaigns, especially with all the injuries Los Blancos had faced during the year.

While there are a few things Camavinga can improve on, the fact that he is only 21 years old makes him that much more valuable.
