Tony Gaskins said: "You attract what you are, not what you want". If you want something you must reflect it. Your mind is that powerful that if you fill it with negative thoughts your life will suffer the consequences.

It is a never ending story. Everyone has had those times where being around negativity in one specific area made the rest of them suffer the outcomes.

This time the story takes place in the Golden State Warriors locker room. Draymon Green talked about why he wanted former team-mate Klay Thompson to leave the team.

Thompson was responsible to create a new era at this San Fransisco team, leading them to become one of the most respected dynasties in the history of the NBA. Four championships were conquered during his 13 years at GSW.

It is known that initially no one expected Thompson to leave, but with the time going by, it was proven that the hopes of the front office were the opposite. Kley performed at a very high level every year, but in the last one the toxic environment surrounding him was big enough for the team to consider his departure.

Green talked to the media platform "TheVolumeSports" and addressed this matter.

"I do know the joy that basketball brings him and like it brought sadness, it brought unhappiness last year for him. A part of me wanted Klay to leave. Not wanting him to leave in the sense of wanting him to leave, but wanting him to leave because you only want to see him be the guy you know he is." Green stated.

Either way, he only wishes good luck to him and hopes he returns to a healthy and happy life: "Number one goal is to see them happy and enjoying what they do because you care about their well-being".

At the end of the day, this situation benefits both parties and everyone seems happy with it. At least for now.
