"I'm just really emotional about it because they came in handy with you guys," Kris said.

"I'm emotional about it because that's where all my kids were conceived and that's where they were grown, in my tummy. And so [it's a] very sacred place to me. The emotional part for me is just having that gone."

Kim and Kourtney's reaction

This serious diagnosis has deeply affected the family, as seen through their heartfelt reactions. Kim and Kourtney Kardashian expressed their concern and sympathy during their confessionals.

"To have a surgery and to remove your ovaries is a really big deal," Kim said.

"I feel really sad for her, you know? I couldn't even imagine being in that situation and how, like, you would feel really scared to be going through that."

Kourtney shared that she would be just as emotional as Kris if faced with the same situation, reflecting the strong emotional ties within the family.

"It's like your womanly power," she stressed.

"And it doesn't mean that it's, like, taking away who she is or what she's experienced. But I would feel this sentimental feeling of what it's created."

The family's dynamic was further highlighted when the idea of a "farewell ovaries" party was jokingly suggested, showcasing their unique way of coping with difficult news.
