Elon Musk, who on Tuesday had a brawl on social media with Nicolas Maduro, accepted on Wednesday the latter's challenge and said he was willing to fight with the president of Venezuela, whom he defined as "a big guy who sure knows how to fight".

It was Maduro who on Tuesday, after calling Musk "our new archenemy", told him in a public act: "Elon Musk, whoever messes with me, dries up! (...) You want a fight? I'm not afraid of you, wherever you want, in the barrios.... If you want, I want!", he told him.

Musk's bet: "If I win, he resigns... if he wins..."

This Wednesday, Musk accepted the fight on his Twitter account and set his conditions: "If I win, he resigns as dictator of Venezuela; if he wins, I'll treat him to a free trip to Mars," an allusion to his Space X space rocket company.

He even reposted a poll from a follower of his in which he encourages internet users to vote for who will win in that fight.

Elon Musk: "I'm coming for you, Maduro"

Subsequently, Elon Musk echoed a message on the social network X in which Nicolas Maduro is seen giving direct orders to his security forces to keep Elon Musk away from Venezuela at all costs.

The Tesla owner fired off a comment to that tweet, "I'm coming for you, Maduro".

The non-fight between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg

He did not forget to allude to another famous "mixed martial arts" fight inside a cage, which he himself promoted a few months ago, against Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook and one of his biggest rivals in the world of technology, a match that never took place.

Comparing Maduro to Zuckerberg, he said that against a hulking Maduro, "Zuck is a little guy, so it would be a quick fight, LOL."
