The Hall of FameEnshrinement Ceremony is one of the most anticipated moments of every NFL season. The entrance of the new members into the Hall of Fame is the heart of Hall of Fame Week and is the emotional start of the season.

The Hall of Fame Enshrinement Week is celebrated every year on the first weekend of August. This year, it began on Thursday the 1st with the game between the Houston Texans and the Chicago Bears. The main event on Friday the 2nd is the Enshrinees' Gold Jacket Dinner, where the new members of the Hall of Fame and the cream of the crop of the NFL meet.

Enshrinement Week is surrounded by side events such as concerts, autograph sessions, a walk of new and returning members through the streets of downtown Canton, and even a fashion show.

The enshrinement ceremony will be held on Saturday, August 3. This year, the Hall of Fame will welcome seven new members: defensive ends Dwight Freeney and Julius Peppers, linebackers Randy Gradishar and Patrick Willis, receivers Devin Hester and Andre Johnson, and defensive tackle Steve McMichael.

Where is the Pro Football Hall of Fame 2024 Ceremony?

The Enshrinement Ceremony will take place at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. The stadium is part of the Hall of Fame Village, located next to the Hall of Fame at 1835 Harrison Ave in Canton, Ohio.

The ceremony was traditionally held on the steps of the Hall of Fame. However, the NFL decided to move the grand event to the adjacent stadium, to allow for the presence of more spectators and the comfort of the honorees.

What time is the Pro Football Hall of Fame 2024 Ceremony?

The Saturday festivities will begin at 8:00 a.m. with the Grand Parade of the inductees through the streets of Downtown Canton. The Rock the Turf concert at the Coors Light Beer Garden will occur between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

The ceremony will take place at noon, with the presence of the honorees and their families, special guests, the management of the NFL, and the Hall of Fame.

The celebration will extend until Sunday the 5th with a round table with the new members of the hall, and a party at the Coors Light Beer Garden. It will close at night with the Concert for the Legends featuring Carrie Underwood at Tom Benson Stadium.
