The competition for the starting quarterback job on the Las Vegas Raiders is in full swing, and the team's star receiver Davante Adams shared his perspective on who should lead the offense. With the recent departure of Jimmy Garoppolo and the signing of veteran Gardner Minshew, the battle centers between Minshew and Aidan O'Connell, who already has experience with the Raiders.

Since arriving in Las Vegas, Adams has played with five different quarterbacks, including Jarrett Stidham and Brian Hoyer. Now, he's looking for stability at the quarterback position.

In a recent interview, Adams said he is keeping on eye on the battle. "There's pros and cons, but at the end of the day, we get enough reps with both guys and we are all communicating," Adams said, via ESPN. "We have really open conversations, and we all get reps with all the quarterbacks . . . and I'm definitely watching at all times, seeing everything and learning how the ball comes out with Gardner versus Aidan. I got my antennas up for everything."

The battle is entering the final chapter

Aidan O'Connell and Gardner Minshew are competing for the starting quarterback job on the Raiders. O'Connell, who started the final nine games of last season, appears to have a slight advantage due to his previous experience with the team and his time training with the starters.

Minshew, who just arrived this offseason on a two-year, $25 million contract, is looking to unseat O'Connell and take the job. He has experience from before, especially from his days with Jacksonville where he had flashes of his talent.

Whether if he can lead a team from Week 1 is yet to be seen but the Raiders believe they have enough talent to compete for a playoff spot, even if they have a hard time with the Kansas City Chiefs in the division, therefore it is important to establish who is the starting quarterback for the team.
