Sophie Hall, a prominent plus-size influencer on OnlyFans, has demanded further information in the lawsuit she filed against Miami Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek Hill, alleging that he caused her serious injuries during a backyard football scrimmage.

What happened to Sophie Hall?

Hall, 35, claims Hill, 30, broke her leg during the incident and is now demanding access to confidential NFL files that detail Hill's history of violence and domestic abuse, according to information revealed by DailyMail.com.

The lawsuit, initially filed in February, asserts that Hill charged at Hall with "crushing force" after she successfully held her own against him in a practice drill.

This incident, which allegedly took place at Hill's Florida mansion in June 2023, has led Hall to request any communications between Hill and NFL officials that pertain to past investigations into his conduct.

Hall's legal team has issued a fresh production request for texts, emails, and documents exchanged with the NFL, alongside subpoenas targeting Hill's current and former teams, the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs, as well as the NCAA and Oklahoma State University.

The university previously dismissed Hill in 2014 following allegations of choking his pregnant ex-fiance.

Throughout his career, Hill has faced multiple investigations.

In 2019, he was suspended by the Chiefs amid child abuse allegations but was later reinstated after a district attorney cited insufficient evidence.

Despite this, the NFL conducted its own comprehensive investigation and ultimately concluded that Hill had not violated its personal conduct policy.

Hill's past legal issues could impact this case

Hall's new legal demands seek to uncover the NFL's findings on these past incidents, particularly the attack on Crystal Espinal and the child abuse allegations involving Hill's son, Zev Carter.

Hall's attorneys argue that these records are crucial for their case.

According to the lawsuit, Hill invited Hall to his home in June 2023 after engaging in flirtatious Instagram exchanges.

Hall, who has over 2 million followers on Instagram, joined Hill in football drills at his residence, which features extensive training facilities.

During one such drill, Hall claims she managed to push Hill backward, which led to laughter from onlookers and allegedly prompted Hill's aggressive response.

Hill's attorneys counter that Hall's injuries occurred when she tripped over a dog and not due to any physical contact from Hill.

They have also labeled the notion that Hill became upset over being outperformed in a playful drill as "absurd."

Furthermore, Hill's legal team contends that Hall's injuries were pre-existing and are already being addressed through a pending insurance claim.

The trial, potentially taking place during the 2024 NFL season, could result in Hill missing regular-season games.

This would be a significant blow to the Dolphins, as Hill was their leading receiver in 2023 with 1,799 yards.

The Dolphins' season opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars is set for September 8, followed by a game against the Buffalo Bills four days later.
