The Rio Linda Knights (Rio Linda, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Casa Roble Rams (Orangevale, CA), 59-17 in Tuesday's league test.

The Knights (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Del Campo (Fair Oaks, CA). The Cougars go into the Capital Valley Conference test with a 7-11 record. In their last test, Del Campo was trounced by Bella Vista (Fair Oaks, CA), 51-39, in a league test.

The Rams now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they host Christian Brothers for a Capital Valley Conference test on Friday, January 17. Casa Roble will meet a Falcons team coming off a 59-44 league win over Oakmont (Roseville, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 7-9.
