Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Capital Christian Cougars (Sacramento, CA) and the visiting Tamalpais Red Tailed Hawks (Mill Valley, CA), saw Capital Christian's basketball squad hold off Tamalpais by a tally of 60-56.

With the victory, Capital Christian improves its record to 17-7 on the campaign. The Cougars host Sacramento (Sacramento, CA) to play the Dragons in a Capital Athletic League challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 19-5. Sacramento lost 66-61 in their recent league challenge against Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA)

Next up, the Red Tailed Hawks play the Archie Williams Peregrine Falcons (San Anselmo, CA) in a Marin County challenge, on Tuesday, January 30.
