California High School Basketball - St. Monica trounces Monrovia
November 15, 2023: Santa Monica, CA 90403 The St. Monica Mariners (Santa Monica, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Monrovia Wildcats (Monrovia, CA), 70-35 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Mariners (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA). The Seawolves go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica was trounced by Los Angeles CES (Los Angeles, CA), 85-63, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Nogales for a non-league contest on Friday, November 17. Monrovia will battle a Nobles team coming off a 44-32 non-league win over El Monte (El Monte, CA). The Nobles record now stands at 1-0.
