California High School Basketball - La Quinta ripped by Mary Star of the Sea
December 18, 2023: Westminster, CA 92683 The Mary Star of the Sea Stars basketball team scored 68 points and held the host La Quinta Aztecs to 38 in the Stars non-league triumph on Monday.
The Stars now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mission Viejo for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Mary Star of the Sea will meet a Diablos team coming off a 65-59 non-league win over Chaparral (Temecula, CA). The Diablos record now stands at 5-7.
The Aztecs (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Chaparral (Temecula, CA). The Pumas enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Chaparral was routed by Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, CA), 65-59, in a non-league contest.
