California High School Basketball - Scotts Valley can't hold off Santa Clara
December 22, 2023: Santa Clara, CA 95051 The Santa Clara Bruins basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Scotts Valley Falcons to 48 in the Bruins non-league victory on Friday.
The Bruins now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Branham for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Santa Clara will battle a Bruins team coming off a 47-46 non-league win over Willow Glen (San Jose, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 10-1.
The Falcons (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Seaside (Seaside, CA). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Seaside was nudged by Antelope (Antelope, CA), 92-49, in a non-league contest.
